A friend of mine has the same meds and has said he can get his wife to bring me some after work which is good. Then I can get to Dr on Friday.

Ta JC, all about perspective I am beginning to think. We look at a picture and see what we want to see. All those happy laughing people sitting in the sun, glasses in hand, looking like a glossy advert is what I would normally see. Maybe casting forward 12 hours to the waking up in a groundhog day version of a personal hell is where I need to look more often. Game over.
