Day 76 af and I didn't drink last night. Didn't want to and I didn't need to. Now I am hangover free and I am proud of it. For those who are new, life will get better the longer you stay af, and if you don't put AL out of your life, then it will be harder to do. So take it out of your life. Don't have any AL on you or at your house. And be careful when you go out.
