              There is no cure except not picking up that next drink. Sounds like AL is having a depressing effect on you, it gets me the same way, not nice but it helps to see these feelings for what they are.

                            Are you going to give the epsom salt bath a go? I'm dying to hear what it's like. I know it's recommended but don't think I've heard of anyone actually doing it.

                            Oh and Mr JC's been called to the Cop Shop so I'm thinking a mammoth House DVD watching.
