Day 79 af and I feel real good. I got through another weekend (at least the worst of it) and I will admit I did have a time yesterday where the AL demon tried his 1 beer won't hurt and that you deserve that 1 beer because you did a lot of hard work, but I didn't listen to him and for that I am grateful. I knew that I worked hard and that 1 beer would have ruined it for me. And also 1 beer does hurt. So I didn't have the beer and I stayed AF and it is an awesome feeling.

I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow. -

It sure is drifty,
But your doing great,nearly into your eighties now,doesn't time fly.well done and keep up the great work you are doing for yourself and on yourself.
