I am going to keep an online diary on here, keeping you updated on my process. Now I don't expect anyone to reply, but I feel that if I do this then it may help in my recovery.
Well its day 2 now and I am feeling very good.(Just like last week but still decided to cock it up!
I have not been craving a drink which is great...but I have been craving food!!!!
I went to see my uncle in Manchester the other weekend, I had not seen him in about a year. He has always been a very large man, but When I arrived at the door I could not recognise him at all! he had lost 4 stone in 5 months! he looked like a completely different person. I asked him what his secret was..."well Ben, the monks in Tibet came to visit me, and they made me a magic potion"...that did not really happen, just thought I would spice it up a bit! (my name is Ben by the way). Anyway, he handed me a book called the "new high protein diet". more or less, you are to cut out all carbs until you are down to your required weight. Then, when you are down to a weight you are comfortable with, you slowly start having carbs again... 40 grams a day. Well, he let me borrow it, and within 4 days I have already lost 4 pounds! but one draw back......I want chocolate!!!!!!!! please give me chocolate...just a little bit please? no but really, I am feeling a lot better for it, and it is helping at the moment stay AF.
Really sorry to ramble on...hope I have not bored you...just thought that keeping a diary on here would help. Oh, and by the way....why do you never see baby pigeons?
