              GT, sleep this away. Start again tomorrow. Count the fact you're working on this, and you DO have some AF time, even if it's a few hours more than the last time. Don't be fooled, this is a battle. But a winable one, with work.

                            Well, here I am....AGAIN. As you will know, I messed up the other day in a big way. I ended up drinking for 48 hours straight. That is something I said that I would never do...and I did it, so a line has been massively crossed. My mum said under no uncertain terms, that if this happens just once more, then I am out. You know when you know that someone is not bullshitting? Well, I have had enough, yes in the past I hav said the famous last words after a hangover(you all know what they are), but this time is different. I have told this problem we call alcoholism to fuck right off, I have told him that I am taking back every last thing that he has robbed me off this last few years...I am taking it all back... And you are never gonna get your sick, lying pride stealing hands on any of it again!!! I am sorry about the bad language, I am just very angry right now(but in a good way if that makes sense) I also managed to get one to one therapy sessions, they start this Wednesday, so I will keep you posted on what happens there. Time to man up, stare this right in the face and well and truly mean I when I say.....no more!!!
