      I myself must away to assist my mother in the shopping and eat something - my diet does not seem to be treating me well, I appear to be shaking somewhat - perhaps need to adjust my plan xD

        Hello stirly :l Haven't spoken to you for what seems like an age! You seem to post on the days that I don't and then I post on the days that you don't. :upset:

        Had a very good and productive meeting with my alcohol worker this morning. He's adopting a completely different approach to my previous alcohol worker in that he focuses on the causes of my AL problem rather than just trying to tackle the AL problem in isolation, and that makes much more sense to me.

        Anyway, that's enough about me, myself, and I. Hope everyone is having a good day.

        BTW, for those of you who have been worrying about zenny, I had a PM from her this morning. She's still alive, but having a bit of a rough time of it at the moment, I think. Please check in when you can zenny. :l

          rabbits definititely a man rabbit Reccy, trust me xD Glad things with your alcohol worker went well and you're finding the meetings helpful, good to see you doing good Thanks for letting us knwo about Zen too, I miss that pebble balacing cat around the place xD

          working on my project all day today, then have my other half here overnight. 10 days and counting til exam results day...

                                Just heard from EW on FB and he's allowed me to bring the gossip to you pronto.

                                Thanks JC - not spoken to boss much but everyone pleased to see me and see me looking so sharp. I did record number of 'jobs' today too! x
