Well that took a wee bit longer than I thought, but first cup of coffee down.

Got down to a 3 when I looked at the news, stayed at 3 when I looked at the tip that I used to call a kitchen. Raised slightly to a 5 when I saw the news reporters watching the English ladies volley ball team at work.

Finally decided on around about 6/7 on the smile scale.
