morning all, glad to see so many smiley people today what with the recent gloomt hats been hanging arodn the barracks. sorry you had rioting panno - so far we just have rumours that don't turn into anything but I wouldn't be suprised if the town near me starts up.
today I would say I'm about 6-7/10 on the ol' smile scale - lost 2lbs

Nearly had to down grade to a 4 after I dropped a plateful of poached eggs on toast into me lap.
Back up to a 7 as there's a nice re-run of CSI TV.
