      I've just read the most bizarre thing: banks in the US are bulldozing empty houses they foreclosed on. The hope is this will assist the recovery in values of those left standing

      I live in a country where millions live in absolute squalor. The mind boggles.

          Expattie said he could come to me because Tigger never made it home. But after that I think he should at least then go to a new place. Although return visits would also be nice.

                Yes. The riots. It was interesting to read about the role smartphones played. The same thing that enabled regime change in places like Egypt.
