    sorry for giving in before anyone officially guessed, I got bored of the poetry. Now we can't wait for them to get here, TIgger is so excited!!!!
    The poetry was half the fun,
    to solving where the host was from,
    A creative way to have us guess,
    and our anxiousness we had suppressed,
    And now we wait with baited breath,
    For pictures to show us all the rest...

        Reading is a very very DULL place, it was difficult to find anything interesting or inspiring to write about. We are a large commuter town in the South East of England, about 30 miles west of London. We have the M4 on our doorstep, and the M25 and Heathrow Airport abou 20 miles down the road.
        Reading is still a town, it has applied for city status a zillion times but never gets it! We have a big university and a big hospital. The Oracle Shopping centre is the best place to shop out of London. There is a big half marathon here every March. I did it twice. Never again.
        We have a summer beach at the Oracle, on the bit that sits next to the river (Thames). I take my kids every year because it's at least an hour's drive to the nearest real beach.
        Huntley and Palmers biscuit (the sweet variety) factory started in Reading, and although production has stopped now, the old buildings still remain.
        Windsor (home of HRH the Queen) is about 20 miles away, next to the famous Public School Eton
        Like every town, Reading has some very posh areas and some not so posh. WE live in Earley which is a suburb of the town about 3 miles out to the South East. We are quite near the university. It's very busy in and around Reading. Quite often the motorways are jam packed at peak times.
        Reading has a very well supported local football team, the stadium is around 2 miles from our house. I sometimes take the boy to watch them, although my real team is Boro
        I have 2 kids, and the youngest (affectionately known as Tigger) is 6 and very excited to be hosting Piglet and Miss K, I can imagine that most of the photos will feature her .....
        Aside from that, we have a tropical fish tank, 3 chickens in the garden a cat called Pingu and a hamster....

          He's arrived. But as tigger is nearly peeing her pants in excitement I'll have to wait until she comes back from Zumba before I open the parcel....
