Love the details Enja! The little skulls on your red throw are very cool!
I just said on the Army Thread that those lovely fluffy white pillows wouldn't last five minutes in my house-with pug dog and my kids!:H
Can't wait to see more! Sorry-can't help with the photo size. Maybe Stirly will be around later with some ideas.
Lol about the cushions - strangely enough my puplet is totally uninterested in them...I think it's because they don't squeak! He was very *ahem* excited to meet Piglet and Miss K.... I don't think there will be any unsupervised playtime. :H:H

Beautiful photos enja - looking forward to seeing that part of the world. And that pup is absolutely adorable. His face markings are very similar to one I had. So innocent looking though - would never destroy your 2 guests :-)

I reckon the size of the pics is fine... they're not blurry, I'm on the laptop... and they look fine here...What Zennie-butt says - the size is perfect.

Cool! It is a beautiful city

Here are the traveling twosome on their first visit to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Watching the sunset.....time for bed Piglet and Miss K, we have a busy day tomorrow exploring the neighbourhood!

Great pictures!!:goodjob: Love your dogger. And what Zen said about the colours.enja;1262512 wrote:
I was surprised at how emotional it was holding them for the first time - I knew I was excited to meet them "for real" but I was totally unprepared for the wonderful feeling of fellowship, strength and love that seems to emanate from Piglet and Miss K, along with all the mementos, notes and souvenirs that accompany them. I'm so happy to a part of MWO and so happy they are here and hope I can show them (and you) a wonderful time!
I was privileged to host Tigger on the first MWO Tour and I still remember how emotional I got when the packet arrived. Sweaty Betty had sent it by courier from Singapore, which was a whole new thing in itself - getting a parcel from such an exotic place. I was fairly new at MWO - had only been here a few months and was blown away that I was allowed to be part of the special group of people who had Tigger visit them and got a chance to share a bit of their everyday lives and the area that they live in with the rest of the members. I had him sitting up on my desk next to my flat screen whenever we weren't out and about and I can't tell you how much I missed him when he left. And I hated sealing him in the parcel to send him on to his next destination. Someone mentioned a while ago that Tigger, like Piglet and Miss K "are just stuffed animals after all." Several of us who had hosted them got a bit upset about that because what you said is true, Enja. They carry with them all that MWO is about - the fellowship, strength and love that makes this forum work.

I know that we will have a fabulous time visiting your beautiful city and I'd like to add a big THANK YOU to Expatty who started the second MWO Tour.

Fantastic to see they've arrived and I just know they are going to have a blast. I too remember hosting Tigger with great fondness and appreciation. Lovely to read your sentiments Enja and Stirly. Your dog is a very handsome little guy Enja. Looking forward to lots of pictures and fun times with y'all. Another thanks sent out to Expattie for initiating this journey. xo

The kids and I are loving his tour. Yeah for us MWO'ers for showing our sober lives-and how cool it can be.:l

Pingu thank you very much for the yummy English chocolate and other goodies. :l I hope your little girl will enjoy following their visit. Sunshine, how cool that you went to Uni here! Piglet and Miss K were up early to watch the sunrise....either they're excited to start the day or they're jet-lagged. :H

(just realized there are two sunshines so I shouldn't abbreviate!) errrr, this pooch is being watched verrrrry carefully around P & MK -- This outtake shows why I quickly abandoned trying to get them to pose in this position yesterday.....:H:H

It looks like Piglet has his little arm around Miss K's shoulder. How cute.

I only just now got the clue you wrote - OK....these would be the perfect colour to walk on the yellow brick road. You were referring to the red shoes in your avatar. Very clever, I'll say. You had those trying to find out your identity scrambling around looking for user names with "Red" in them.:H

P.S. If you want to post smaller pictures, I find it easier to downsize them to 600 by 800 or 800 by 800 pixels on my computer and then to upload them to Photobucket. Then the whole picture will show without having to scroll sideways. Just saying... And PB doesn't always downsize without some fiddling around which is annoying.

I recognize the morning sky line from your other pic earlier. Stirly found one on the internet (San Fran) that looks almost identical to your view from your window... maybe she'll post it. (That was part of how she figured out your whereabouts...)

                                What's doggie's name???
I just realized that when I first saw the pics I was on my laptop the pictures were fine. Now on the regular computer, I have to scroll so go with what Zen says. Most peeps here are on laptops most of the time and it would be a pain for you to resize them. Suggestion withdrawn. I bow to the wise words of ZenMastah
