    3 years, 1 month and 5 days. Amazing journey and one I would recommend to anyone.

      Amazing "Starting Over", .
      7 and a half months AF for me, and STILL the best decision in my life I have ever made.
      AF is tough sometimes but SOOOOO worth it.

      Hope all are well and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

                  isober sunday for me too. although i would drink only 1-3 glasses of wine on a sunday evening, it's the first AF one I've done in a while.

                    I will post today too. I often don't drink on a Saturday as I usually drink on a Friday, but then Sunday afternoon rolls around and I give myself permission. But I passed today.
