    Army Thread 14th August

In other news, Poppy has decided she prefers to pee on the carpet in the corner of the lounge instead of in her litter tray or outside. :upset: Little bastard!!! I've been getting through mountains of kitchen roll, trying to soak it all up. If anyone has any ideas on how to control this deviant behaviour, I'd love to hear them.

And. ....there is a great big fat pheasant strutting around on my back lawn. For a moment I had visions of getting my old air rifle out and having pheasant for dinner, but then I remembered the hassle involved in plucking pheasants and changed my mind. A long time ago I was a pheasant plucker. (Try saying that when you're drunk!!!)

        Hello again everyone!
Hope you enjoy the game Mario
Never was much into sports. Dad used to like betting on the games. When he was losing-it was not too much fun in our house. Usually would run clear and go outside to play.:H

Oh.....I thought hurling was something you did in the bathroom after you'd had too much to drink! I hadn't realised they'd turned it into a team sport!

Ok, I'll stop being silly now. Sorry!

Hope all is well with you, Mario?

I'm fine thanks, patty. No, I'm sober, so no hurling! :H Did I read something somewhere about you going on a diet? It's quite hard to keep track of everything the army guys are up to.

Actually-saying that I don't like sports....if I had to pick a team sport to like--it would be hurling. NO RECCY!!! Not group vomiting!:H I was in lurve:h with a gorgeous young man named Ciaran. *sigh* He was a very good hurling player. *swoon* But this was many years ago.

                        Enjoy the match, mario.

Speaking of fruit and veg, I must make up a grocery shopping list and then go out and buy the aforementioned groceries. Bacinabit.

Hiya LIS. Good to see you here in the barracks.

Um, er, no - I don't want a second husband. In fact right at the moment - well since yesterday, really, - I'm not sure I want the one I've got...

So what's yours done that's got you upset?? (Well that was a rather unsubtle question so only answer if you want to....)

Anyone else :sofa:? Maybe you're all still enjoying a sunny UK day!!
