    Day 86

Day 86 and I am so free. I don't have a hangover from last night, and I get to go to church with a clear head and no fear that people would notice that I was a little hungover or not even making it to church because I was just too hungover. Those days are gone and I am fighting the staying sober. I am not letting my guard down, because I am still at risk of relapsing. Sometimes I think of how sometimes I actually looked forward to getting drunk and have a good time, but that was only for such a short time and I would spend the next day not having fun (unless I was lucky). Now I can still go out and do karaoke and have fun. Its just now being sober, I can have fun the next day too.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
