Morning Army!

Well a wet and miserable day here, but then given I am playing football after work it was always going to be really!

Watched 'Limitless' last night - v good film, and as it features an 'addict' there are some familiar scenes and feelings stirred - kind of like an outer body experience. Recommended viewing though that's for sure and for the girls; Bradley Cooper, and the boys, Abbie Cornish 4 stars from EW:goodjob:

Good morning Resident Critic and all to come

Looks like we're set for a nice warm-ish day - expecting a high of around 23C. I'm just dreading the weekend up in Gauteng Province. The morning temperatures are often below zero.

Yesterday found out that one of the clients had head lice, so have been itching madly and treated myself with special shampoo last night. I really need to get out of here

EW: it's my mother's birthday. I decided to fly up for the occasion - my brother is organising a family do for her. Not exactly relishing the experience, but I'll grin and bear it.

I am grand thanks Mario.
Feel a new chapter in my life coming on and looking forward to it.

It was a year ago today that I received the devastating news that mum was terminally ill. So much has happened during this time, its quite incredible. If I look back on the last year, I can really see how much I have grown as a person.

How are you my friend ?

Yes same here since i started this journey time has literally flew in,and looking back over the last 2 + years is quite incredible,never would have believed how we can handle issues personally and everyday if i was still drinking.Well done starts stay strong :l
