Didn't drink yesterday...even went out to dinner for the first time in my sobriety (40 days) and although there were drinks flowing all around me, I just had ice water with lemon and feel really great this morning! Very nice, look at you just destroying those goals........You are giving the term "Like a Boss" a whole new meaning.
As for me, with working 7 days a week to get caught up, I not only didnt drink yesterday, didnt even eat dinner...........:HLiving on Planet Sober since 05/02/11

I didn't drink last night and I was so grateful because I had to help the birthday girl to her car and hold her hair while she puked. Glad I was sober. Sucks to be her this morning. (Don't worry she didn't drive).I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.Comment

Hi to y'all!!!
Been on a quick trip to NZ but now back where I belong.
Haven't had a drink of poison since I was here last and no intention of doing so!! Having said that there are still tiny thoughts of doing so. Fleeting moments but it still surprises me that I always have to do a quick wrestle. I'm tonka tough these days, so not a problem but.....
