I have not been doing alotta drinkin' lately and did not drink yesterday. My body is getting over-sensitive to alcohol and coffee and my little heart goes pitter patter too much when I drink coffee or wine so I'm being very careful. Sugar.... now that's a different story. I don't want to attack too many vices at once but sugar is high on my list of bad habits.

It was strange yesterday to reach for the flavored water instead of the open wine bottle next to it. But I didn't want any, I don't want to drink any more. I'm done. Celebrating a holiday is not more important than my sobriety.
