I didn't drink yesterday and I felt great this morning. I got a ton of stuff done. I didn't drink the day before either and had a very productive day...come to think of it, I didn't drink the day before that day, or the day before that day as well... I kind of like this Benjamin Button stuff!

I didn't drink yesterday, only my left shoulder wanted me to. :upset: Not the whole thing, but it felt like my whole damn arm. huh. I took 5 Advil. Just think if I'd drank yesterday, it wouldn't held a feckin candle count wise to my 5 Advil. No worries I drank a giant glass of lemon water. Rarely take pain meds. Thank gawd for blue flexible ice packs.

I made it yesterday, temptation was there after a long and busy day and night at work. Glad to be back here as it made the difference in helping me make the correct choice.
