    I did not drink yesterday.

    I did not drink yesterday even though a few beers sounded pretty good and now I get to enjoy my 20th month of being sober.

    NODE-Not One Drink Ever
    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

        I did not drink yesterday.

        I didn't drink yesterday or the day before.

        The day before I had a party to attend. I met a lot of people for the first time. One guy who seemed really nice early on seemed pretty obnoxious later in the night. Bragging about how much beer he had to drink, following me around, etc. He was there with his wife too! Gave me the creeps. Out the door I went! Don't miss that scene at all.

          Good morning all,

          I had my neighbor show up as I was working in my garage with a 6 pack and offered me one, I said no thanks and we sat there for a few and he kept asking for me to have one... Nope I really was not interested and after a while he left to find someone else to share with.

          I did not drink yesterday nor did I smoke...

          FT
          AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
          As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

              I did not drink yesterday.

              I didn't drink yesterday either. But a few yesterdays ago I had bad cravings off & on. Well they passed. I rode them out! Whew.... I still luv my Kit Kat Bars. I was almost out yesterday..... Must not run out of them..... How the heck did I miss this on my grocery list last week.

              One of my friends whom I've known for over 30 years Mom passed away & he's an alkie. I told him I won't be helping him while he's drunk. I won't risk my sobriety for anyone or anything!.... It's one thing for me to be around people who drink casually & another to be around alcoholic drinking.

                  Good morning all, oh how we love roller coasters.
                  Go from feeling great to having those thoughts, but on good side I did not drink or smoke yesterday, I can't believe how the days keep adding up.

                    Good morning! Its a great morning because I didn't drink last night and now I am bright and alert to start my final term of college. No hangover here.

                        Was out this weekend at a social do , had a great time. Watching slobbering boorish drunk people has become a new hobby of mine so cool being sober, I really mean it .
