    I didn't drink yesterday and feel great today, its been 8 days since my last "slip" and that it since making the new commitment.
    FT
    AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
    As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                  Yay, another AF day for me yesterday, too! I have a calendar at work and each day put a check mark on the previous day indicating I did not drink.
