I didn't drink yesterday because I knew that today was going to be a busy day with classes and the vet appointment for the cat's shots and then a birthday party tonight to deal with a hangover so didn't drink yesterday and not drinking tonight neither.

I didn't drink yesterday...have a very successful, fun day instead and watched a movie on the couch with hubs last night without passing out half way through it! Then had the benefit of a solid 8 hours of sleep and feel like a million bucks today. All because I DIDN"T DRINK YESTERDAY!!!!

I was on the piste again all weekend ... AF ... I was so quick on the slopes I could almost keep up with my 7 year old.

Despite wifey going out of town to drink with some old friends(bad idea) and then getting a phone call at 10pm at night to the sounds of incoherent words and vomiting.....and THEN not being able to reach her or who I thought she was with, on the phone until 800am the next morning......I didnt drink.

Kinda crazy, during that ordeal, I really didnt even want to drink....to be honest, the thought of AL makes my stomach turn.

I think she drank enough for both of us Depression and drinking do not mix, how many times ya gotta tell someone!

Give yourself some stars there Buddy! Your conviction and strength are inspirational. That is a dangerous mix as you well know. Hope she listens to the writing on the wall this time.
