      I did not drink yesterday.

      I didn't drink and I was at a event last night on a school night. I can do that more now since I don't drink.
      I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

      Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

      Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

          I did not drink yesterday.

          I did not drink yesterday and when I woke up this morning, I know I did not have to worry about being bloated, bleary eyed, headache, dull skin and the dizzyness that goes with a hangover. And for that, I am eternally grateful for not drinking AL yesterday. I think I'll do it all again today!!!

            I did not drink yesterday.

            I did not drink yesterday although almost every trigger was pulled.

            I am grateful for strength - from wherever it came.
            That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
            Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

              I did not drink yesterday.

              Friday night was a sober one for me. I was up till 11PM cleaning my kitchen! Don't know where that burst of energy came from but hey, it was nice to wake up this AM to a sparkling kitchen with coffee ready to be brewed than wake up hungover with a mess! So no, I didn't drink yesterday either!

                        I did NOT drink yesterday despite the beast telling me multiple times I was so angry I deserved to or Zi was cooking so I deserved to or I was bored so I deserved to or it was a holiday and I deserved to blah blah blah....

                        I got a lot of I deserved to's from the Alien. But I did NOT drink yesterday. I gritted my teeth and told the alien to go to hell.
                        That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
                        Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

                              I didn't drink either last night and I woke this morning so happy that I was sober on this peaceful Easter morning! It doesn't get any better than this!!!
