    I did not drink yesterday - in fact didn't have any desire to drink yesterday - great feeling. They also had a great wine sale on at the local supermarket (bearing in mind I live in France!) and I walked straight past ...

    Goals:
    Days 1-7 DONE
    Days 8-14 DONE
    Days 15-21 DONE
    30 days DONE
    60 days
    100 days

      I did not drink yesterday.

      I did NOT drink yesterday or many days before! It's just nothing something I consider doing these days.....thank goodness!!!!
      It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.

        I did not drink yesterday.

        I didn't drink yesterday and I can sure feel it this morning. No hangover and a clear head. No regrets over yesterday at all.
        I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

        Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

        Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

          I did not drink yesterday.

          Moi, je n'ai bois pas hier soir... tee hee... decided to spend an hour a day doing the Rosetta Stone French lessons and need to have a clear mind on a daily basis... my old buddy, red wine has to take a back seat for a while... Last night I did not drink.

          I do this for my children, my grandchildren, my health, my peace of mind, and mostly for the opportunity to learn to live with my true, unfiltered, clear-headed, vulnerable self.

                        I don't think I'd sacrifice my sober life again for one sip.....which of course would be the beginning of the end I know!!
