        Hi-

        Just continue to not drink - really it's not worth it. O.K. you go to a party and have fun. The alcoholic in you will continue to drink when the non alcoholics go home on their merry way. You, as an alcoholic don't understand why everyone can leave and not drink, but you go home and drink whatever is in your house. I'm 56 sick years old and can tell you to stop while you are young. It's just not worth it! I wished I stopped when I was in my 30's! Just trying to give my young readers a "heads up" on alcohol abuse. Wish someone gave that to me!

                  Hi all, I'm here... Long weekend as traveled from Europe to states and this is getting older, but still here and thanks for checking.
                  AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
                  As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                              I did not drink last night but knitted a sashay scarf instead. What a lovely hobby knitting is. It takes BOTH hands too.

                                I rinsed and repeated and I'm as clean as any whistle!!!

                                No drinking for moi yes-terrrr-day - I chopped down big trees instead.......
