FTAF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.Comment

I did not drink yesterday, had a rocky New Year's Eve as I was all by myself and allowed myself to feel sorry for myself. I didn't go nuts or anything but allowed the wrong type of red fluid to pass my lips, but now back on track for 2013 as AF and NF.

FT...you are going to master this. I think I know exactly what you're going through. Divorce/separation leading to lost time with our children is friggin hard under the best of circumstances. Just keep coming back, as you do, and work out what you can do differently next time and put it in place when you know you will be vulnerable. Have a great day!

A helping hand can be a simple as an encouraging word. I know that well FT. I also know what missing your kid(s) is like. Mine were alienated by wasband. Been 11 years now. 11 years of hell.
