Another great morning, did not drink or smoke yesterday but took my bicycle out to the local park and rode about 15 miles and it felt awesome.

Today going to take another quick ride after the morning rush traffic and then work on my Vette restoration... Does it get any better?

I did not drink yesterday... 9 days and counting. My short term goal is 12 days. I'm not sure what my long term goal is. I have an idea in my mind but I'm not ready to say it out loud just yet. Just gotta get to 12 days first!
