What a blessing to be watching the newborn grandchild!
I didn't drink yesterday. Had a green juice for breakfast and am starting to eat better and feel better. Somehow putting poison into my body just didn't seem to be the thing I wanted to do last night. Slept well and woke up early rejuventated and refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Remembering hangover days I would wake up feeling awful, depressed, and felt like the whole day was wasted.
I am GLAD I did not drink last night. And as sober said on a different post, I am glad I didn't make it an "excuse" to have a drink because it was Saturday night.

No drinking for. E so far in 2013. Our beloved cat who we have had for 13 years is being putting to sleep tomorrow as he is very poorly. I don't feel like drinking just feel like cuddling him and going with the melancholy xxAF since 2nd Oct 2012
