    I did not drink yesterday.

    I did not drink yesterday! Today is day 25! Actually getting *used* to this sober thing. The "I gotta" impulses have simmered down. Sure is nice not to plan my day around AL.

      I didn't either but ha binged a good three or so days before....i look forward to today....feeling better, less ashamed...more determined!

        I didn't drink or smoke yesterday, no plans to do so today.
        FT
        AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
        As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                    I did not drink yesterday.

                    I did not drink last night although my al mind has been trying for two days to get me to have a couple. Course I knew better and easily beat him. Tonight he has not called yet and if he does, the answer will be the same.
                    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                        Didn't drink last night and AL did not even call.
