I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow. -

I need to start posting on a thread each day, so decided on this one. Not necessarily alcohol more destructive behaviours of various types. I'm going to bed soon and in 1 hour 26 minutes I will not have done anything destructive for 24 hours, ODAT.I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.
