Good morning, Army

It looks like a good few of us are facing challenges at the moment. From finances, relationships, teenage children, unborn children, new jobs etc. Not to mention the common enemy AL.

I don't have any words of advice or comfort, really. It'll probably sound trite in any case. All I do know is that it is times like these that we need to pull together and stay close. As tempting as it might be, try not to withdraw and isolate.

Well today, I have 2 interviews, one at 11 and another at 3. I am praying that I get offered one of these jobs. Preferably the 11 am one. I have a lot riding on this, so am more than a little nervous. Gonna do my very best and get this life back on track I hope!!

Morning guys. Keeping busy is my plan for the day. Have been thinking how quiet the army has gotten in general but in specific during the evenings, which lets be honest is when we probably need the support the most. I know I am more likely to pick up a drink from 5pm on.

Ktabbers, hun. When I was a serious lurker I used to love watching the humour and mayhem on the Army especially in those first long long evenings when I went AF.

Oh and those Friday nights when you all played tunes. Anyone up for tomorrow evening.


Good luck with the interviews, Starts. It's mine at 10am with the Lifeline peeps. We'll have nothing left to cross.
