Day 98, and yes I am af. I meant to do this post this morning before I left for school, but I totally forgot to do it and I didn't have time to do it at school so I am doing it now. I am excited to get to day 100 on Sunday and will make sure that I will be af till then. I will consecrate on today, today and tomorrow, tomorrow and won't worry about it till it gets here. If I worry too much about it, I will think about it too much, and that could lead to bad things. So I am focusing on being sober and reminding myself how good the sober life is compared to the drinking life.

I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow. -

Woo hoo! Day 100!!!! good work, keep it up!Every day is a day to start over and remember that I am powerless over my addiction.
