Regarding the haggis, and sheepshead "whatever":
You all know what summer sausage is? And, remember, I live in VA in the southern U.S. It's wonderful concoction of pork meats and spices, stuffed into a pig's bladder, and hung for months to dry and cure. It's a favorite at Christmas. Luckily, it hasn't been banned by the gov't yet.
I bet Ruby Willow knows what I'm talking about. Good stuff!
I went to London several years ago, and couldn't bring myself to eat blood pudding.
