    Not me!

Anyway, it is Sunny and Happy who confessed to having walked up a mountain that you need chains to hang on to to get you to the top!!!!!!

I am so not going to the meds thread today :H
I went to have a look yesterday just to see what everyone was talking about, and it put me in a really bad mood for several hours :upset:

Today it really feels like summer is around the corner. Blue skies and not a breath of wind. I have even bought the obligatory tube of sunscreen that gets carried around in my bag!

Missy the Matterhorn menu presents the dilemma of Whole Duck or Lamb??? Maybe both.... follow it up with cheeses....wow again with the salmon salad for my early lunch today and all I want is lamb.....

Oh what a lovely menu. I'll start w/ the sashimi tuna. The lamb rump is making me Matterhorny. I'm also eyeing the green beans w/ hazelnut dressing. Coffee for dessert

                        Arvo girlies,

Dog, it's bloody cold and miserable down here. Got a bit of a mow in, transplanted some beetroot seedlings, weeded a bit but no nice sense of achievement has been had. Are any of you growing swiss chard? Great looking plants, I reckon.

Also what do you cook with Swiss Chard. It looks a treat in the garden.

For labne, you pour a tub of greek yoghurt into a Chux, hang it up and let it drip for a couple of days. When it looks and feels like Phylly you can either roll it into small balls and pour over a marinade of garlic, chili, EVOO and fang on dry bikkies or mix it all together and spread like your dippy thinggy above. Don't know what calories or bad stuff is in yoghurt - if any - so I think it's a healthy alternative.

The chard I usually shred into stir fries or flied lice but I think I really grow it for the look of those beaut red stems.

Wonder if it would work with no fat yoghurt ?
I like those colourful heirloom chards from diggers. Psychedelic omelette.
