    he rang this morning, a bit upset. But not seriously so. But I'm sure there will be more developments over the next couple of months!! Mr B and I talked a lot last night and this morning, and he is of the view that he will continue on his current path until the end of the year or the end of the next Court case (probably likely to coincide).

    I feel like I've had a head shift though. I've done quite a lot of bending over backwards on this. I think I have been fair and supportive not just of Mr B, but also of his boy's relationship with his mother and her family. But I am not going to allow myself to be cast in the role of wicked witch.

            The best lesson we can teach people...is in how we treat ourselves.            .....set the example.....and miraculously...when we set a higher standard/respect for ourselves.... others follow suit....

                I dropped by cause I've got a favour to ask and I'm sure one of you goils can help out. We've got a poor spammer who seems to be stuck in the Testbed. Any ideas how to help him/her get out of there before they start to test something or other on him/her??

                            First triathlon on 13 November! Series of five from then until March 2012. Me, myself and I are at the front of the list for what my priorities are for the next 6 months!!
