I am always so happy to hear from you and know that you are okay. Wow Regina's last netball game, that's great - my friend's daughter is a netball girl too, which of course we follow. I love Melbourne, my husband is from Melbourne, so was my late husband. I reckon it's the only place that has 4 seasons in one day - all good though!! Not up to much this weekend, just kicking back with Mr K, relaxing and spending time together - lovely - all good - and it's what I cherish. So my dear friend, you are always in my thoughts, have a great weekend with Regina and Love and Sunshine as always. Kaz xx

I woke up at my normal time this morning despite having promised myself a sleep in. But got up to do b&i holiday type things like listening to the dawn chorus and doing a few yoga poses. And I brought lots of knitting away with me, which I find very therapeutic, and I'm trying my hand at knitting some aliens! I will post photos when they are completed!

Morning Undies et al!! Gorgeous but windy day here in Briz and I am in the usual Saturday posi, bed lappie tea and locusts around. Was up at the same time as you Missy coz Mr Happs woke me when he left for work but it was too nice to get out and get all my bits and he brought me a cuppa so I was set.

Had a fantastic day yesterday, lunch was great and would have taken food porn snaps but....have to stop sometime! Then we had a family cook up for dinner and I have to say an early night! Go nana me!

Ronnie it's not easy this relationship caper. Somedays are better than others, and sometimes its best to keep the shovel in the shed away from THOSE thoughts. I think it can be hard for someone to accept too that they cant help you as much as MWO does, if that makes sense. You just need to do what you can to be well.

Ronnie. Great to see you using this place. Giving up and addressing grog issues is a very personal journey as we know, and we can only help ourselves really, by making personal decisions that work for us. Other folk can support us, and encourage us, like this site, and hopefully people in our life, but it always get's back to us and our personal journey, and us taking responsibility and doing what we need to do for ourselves. Many other folk, partner's/family/friends often don't and can't understand our journey and battle with booze. And that's just how it goes, and for me, i accept that, and i just do what i know i need, and want to do for me. Sometimes we might ruffle a few feather's with how we approach our battle to get on track, (like hanging out on this site, pardon the pun) but, so be it. They'll thank us in the end. :nutso:
