look, i'm pissed orf.
i write a borken novel of a post & then everyone comes on with smart one-liners.
sheesh.
i'm sticking to my non-swearing commitment .
frog doesn't like me. tips is afraid.

feeling anti...anti.....well, like a dirty sock.
alrighty then i'll be frank & honest, cos i have a need to be.
who does not like me?
i can take it, as i have icing sugar in the cupboard to blow up my own arse if required, but apparently it is an "irrational belief" from which the consequences are anxiety, unassertive behaviour,depression, poor self esteem.
