Tips on weight loss Happs.........Get outside and walk ya arse off for at least 45mins every day.Drink stacks of water; limit coffee and salt; eat nothing after 6pm. Take fish oil by the bucketload. Dont DIET just change your evil ways a day at a time FOREVER. (Invoice in the mail)......eat a little of what ya love every day including chocolate, but stop at a little. Get someone to hit you around the ears with a spurtle if you get too obsessed with looking like a 18 years old (speshly if you are over 40).

Hello Lovely Undies
I know Happy, it's just horrible - the world is just crazy and yes, so terribly sad. Hey Happy, I've got the same problem - I'm only little but the front platform/verandah/shelf to catch the crumbs (or just plain boobs) are a bit on the big side, always hated em and always threaten I'm gonna have a reduction!!! But it seems I'm the only one that thinks they are a problem!! I'm 5ft 2ins and weigh (in the old weight 8st 4 lbs), people say I'm petite - I disagree - ah well, I reckon we are never really happy with ourselves eh? Right, on with me greetings, hello to Tawny, Sapphie. Techie, Stirly Girl, JC, Reggie, Ronnie, Lilly, Sunnie, Tippy, KTAB and Mr G, I am hoping that you all have enjoyed a great Wednesday (as have I), and are looking forward to an equally great Thursday. The buildup has started here in the Territory (overnight, like someone flicked a switch)! So it's getting a tad warm - and people are starting to complain - h'mm I really can't - we have had a brilliant cool dry season - one of the best on record - and hey we live in the tropics, so I reckon we just gotta expect the heat - personally, I would shrivel up and die in the cold I think. I hope you are all enjoying a fabulous Wednesday evening doing what really makes you happy, kicking back and relaxing. Take Care all and of course, Love and Sunshine Always Kaza xToday, give a stranger one of your smiles. It might be the only sunshine he sees all day. ~Quoted in P.S. I Love You, compiled by H. Deep breaths being taken here.
Stage One of our holiday got done tonight with all the stuff being loaded into the car for Mr B to pick up his boy tomorrow after school. According to the Family Court directions and timetable. They were due to stay where boy lives until Friday after school, when I was bussing up to meet them and we were heading up to the mountain for the weekend.
20 mins ago, Mr B gets a phone call from his boy about how his Mum has said he will be letting his soccer team down if he doesn't play with them for their final game on Saturday, and by the way his best friend's parents (and the best friend) are coming over for dinner on Saturday night and isn't it a pity he will miss it. Boy suggested that the visit is re-scheduled for 2 weeks time (when his mother needs to go away for the weekend). Thankfully Mr B pointed out that we have already paid for travel and accommodation for this weekend, that it isn't refundable and that we wont be changing our plans.
The family situation is for Mr B to work out, so no advice needed for him. But I am thinking that this is the last holiday that I agree to that is subject to the whim of Mr B's boy. I'm sure it is difficult for him (boy) but actually he is getting to an age where he needs to be reminded about consequences. Am I being unreasonable? And what rights do I have given that I have no "status" as a responsible adult, but affected by the outcome?
We are supposed to have Mr B's boy for Xmas this year and I have booked (and paid for!) travel and accommodation from Boxing Day to New Year with him in mind. Told Mr B in no uncertain terms tonight that I am having my holiday next week and at Xmas without compromise.
Boy is lovely - what I said above makes him sound like a bit of a brat. He isn't - just caught between loving both his parents, and not old enough to be able to manage his way through the fact that they cant talk to each other any more.
Well the silver lining is that now I have a bit more time to complete the bit of work that I didn't think I would get done before I had to catch the bus on Friday :H:HNever give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

MB, it does sound very frustrating. We can only control ourselves I'm afraid, not others.

So now that you're all asleep, I'm here.
Juice diets: love em, juice everything but the garlic.
Well I'be been a busy working body. I've skipped the exercise for a week plus some. Back to it I spose so I can keep the clothes fitting. HP, I will be your walking partner.
Ronnie, way to go at body pump. My hubs get jealous of the gym too sometimes.
TF and Bridge and Kaza, and stirly and rags, and Reg and.....XOXOXO!

Evening all,
MB I used to have loads of problems with my step daughter in the end I just walked away from the whole ex wife stuff that involve the child and left hubbie to deal with it and in the end he walked away from it all as well....we moved over here...lol but I must admit I never got on with the step daughter which made it easier for me to walk away. But I make you right in just sorting out a holiday for yourselves sometimes all the frustration just isnt worth it.
Right.......both my legs are killing me......as the day has gone on I am finding it harder to walk......I thought exercise was meant to be good for you!!!!!!
Was hoping to do Zumba tomorrow night but I think I might give that one a miss until next week :H
How is everyyone else doing? Bridge how are you coping with our challange, I am doing great at the moment, I have never felt better (apart from my aching body)
Hope you all have a great evening, I am going to spend another night having a laugh at x factor
xxxxx :l:h:l:dancin: enguin:
