          well hey there friends .. been a hot and sweaty day and i mean sweaty ..didnt feel like eating much really just munch fruit.. but im feeling good ... tomorrow got some work at the shop and i will be missing the family get together .. which is fine with me right now to work when the work is here ..
          well great seeing some new and some mias coming back .. keep up the good fight and just keep shiftingforward and thinking positive

            Rog - I thought you were posting about Vicki ....... you didn't so I will.......

            I heard from Greatful that she is staying with her parents and her daughter is there too. She sees the doctor again Wednesday and so should be going home then. So, although she has been pretty ill, she is getting better. YEAH!
