Hey all. I'm REALLY being lazy, and should be hustling! :H MB, so glad it's been 10 years for you. That's a great long time. Hubs can build a car or a house and all the furniture, but he can't flush a toilet or pick up his underwear!

She weighs 4.5 # and he wears size 13. Those are actually too small, his toes hang over!

hey there shifters and followers ... its good to see everyone so positive and on the moving forward thingy .. ruby im shock you didnt reply on my post hummmmmmm ..ok im over it heheheh well another night to myself sue is off playing with her family and im doing my thing work work what i love to do beside be lazy when i can ..which for me isnt offen ... and i have to say im so glad to know everyone here ands getting to know the new ones too .. i dont always post by name and when i say i love you all i mean you all ... so keep shifting along singing your song and we will be here side by side love and big hugs .. Hi ya - Ruby - you said you relish all our differences in temperament, background etc - I relish our differences in....... AGE !!!!!! Where would we be without our OLD wise woman??? And what list didn't I mention?? The list that you are on that says who begat whom???? LOL

I am home from work. Had a sort of crazy day - had two really cross customers - I was so proud of myself - kept my cool, didn't even feel flustered inside, just played nice and calmed them both down. I have been imagining this peace thing inside me now for weeks - it is obviously working 'cos this is the first time that has happened - one of them even apologized to me for her mood. AWESOME. I hadn't been aware that it was working until today. Anyone who wants to know what it is - PM me !!!! I feel such a sense of peace all around me - even with cross customers!!!

Well, day off tomorrow and hoping to get outside, weather permitting. Our temps have been cooler but we have had drizzles - fingers crossed for tomorrow. Tink really is tiny Ruby!!

Georgie - I am glad that you said what you did about your drinking - some of us can't mod - I can, and wish I couldn't really. I can get it to one or two a night but it is EVERY night. I wish I could get it to none some nights - but still have at least one a night. My mum, who never drinks, says that is okay - 'cos it is Guinness, that at least I am getting my iron! LOL And she hates drinking (bad memories of my dad). I am a work in progress STILL for stopping. Did 8 months last year and trying to stop again. ONE day !!!!! In the meantime - keep trying.

Nora - laughed at you and Ruby's phone calls !! I haven't had an obscene call in years, although we did have one at work a few years ago - and we passed it around so everyone could have a listen - made the poor guy really flustered and eventually he hung up. He obviously didn't get the reaction he wanted from us. ROTFLMBO

T, I gave you a break, since I knew you were making your post to Sunni. (SSSSShhh, don't let her in on our secret!)
OK, I told Hubs he's breaking records for strange shite happening to him on his way to and from work. TODAY as he's slowing down to turn onto our road, a resident flock of wild turkeys were crossing, and the cars coming from the opposite direction slowed too, to let them pass. Suddenly they took wing (sort of!) and one flew into the open window of the truck Hubs was meeting. The guy swerved and pulled off the road. :flyingunders:
This is happening so often to Hubs I told him he really needs to stay off the road! (at least 6 episodes of strange animal behavior :H)

Hmmm, I see how you mean it. So sad you're resorting to logistics on this. But, if it gives your old heart leave, you can have this one, and (can you raise your arm?) high five the geezers at the nursing home.

I have no idea what you are on about re wild turkey of the liquid kind! I assume it must be a drink. Unless it is Guinness I haven't heard of it. LOL
