Hi all
Been busy working and driving kids all over....got really tired and quit the coffee shop. Just cant do it all....so one kid at movies, the other on band trip overnight.....I joined the Y so I could go swimming. Was really missing the pool. Also I like their fitness equip and I am getting really fat since I went back to work....later...b

well hey there ladies .. looks like the thread is alittle slow today ... sorry i havent respond to everyone ..been working hard and just staying busy ... but that job is done and now on to the next one which will be finishing up on the rental and helping with the tranmmion shop .. making more room for more junk ..lol just kiding ..just cleaning the place up

oh ps my sone anthony birthday is tomorrow and i got him a bike cycle .. cant believe he turns 20 .. i feel old .. but im only 44 .. well anyway it was a nice surprise for him when sue and i show up there with it .. think it made his day

Hey-- I am 44! Don't tell me my youth is over! Bird-- feel for you with the job issues-- hopefully things will settle a bit. I decided to sign up for a zumba class-- I may die next week doing it so if so-- nice knowing you all (ha)! Rog-- 44 with a 20 year old-- and I am 44 witha 6 year old-- not too late to have another one for you eh? I often wish I could have another one-- too bad we can't use a surogate or something-- I am sure my lady bits are so old that the baby would have 3 heads from me! Have a great rest of evening-- insomnia again but tomorrow Luke and I will be out all day almost so I am thinking the activity may force me to sleep some tomorrow night-- I am hoping at least!

Rog-that was a great present for your son...Happy Birthday, Anthony. Sunny-I hope you have a fast day at work and that you get to play outside tomorrow. I should have pulled weeds yesterday....but I was lazy when I got home from my morning errands - plus I was cold!! Our weather is crazy. Bird-Sun is right...as women, and Moms, we like to think we can do it all...but our bodies tell us differently. Good for you for joining the Y!
ATL-Zumba????? Best of luck to you..you have more energy than me! Hope you have fun today with your little guy. Hey-if you want another kid....I'll ship my 17 yo son down to you.

Good morning all. I plan on doing a multitude of arm chair football coaching later today. I totally lucked out too-- my son's best friend wanted him to go to the soccer game with him and go to McDonalds with him today so my coaching may start earler-- his mom is picking Luke up to go.

Rog--I envy those poor souls whop ride bikes here in Atlanta-- there are horrid drivers and I have a vision of them running down anyone on a bike. We have a Canadian friend who recently moved , they lived in the middle of Toronto so they had public transport. The family has one car so he bikes to work daily-- 5 miles. Everytime I see him doing it it makes me feel lazy as heck!

Grateful-- I like music so I thought maybe if I did a class where there was music and dancing I would stick with it. Thanks for the offer of your sons-- I don't do teenagers! I wish I could record my son now saying he will never ever leave home because he loves being with us-- when he is 15 I am sure the eye rolling will start and he will change his tune.

I have been lurking on the meds forum-- it has become my source of entertainment of late with some of the posts from the baclofen doctor Ameisen (sp)--lots of back and forth going on there. Quite the debate.

Better go get some things done-- or at least make my grocery list!

Good morning, sweet family! I slept so good, I feel like superman. Today, I am going to work on cleaning all my china and putting it in the china cabinets and clean all my crystal and putting it in the corner curio. Then I think my house will be back to normal, except the huge fish tank. I really wanted to plant the fall garden today, but Paul didn't want me to tire myself out, even though it is something I really enjoy, so he is out planting it. The weather is perfect. I opened up all the windows in the house yesterday morning and we slept with them open and it got kinda chili, but felt great! WHEN IS RUBY'S BIRTHDAY? I must bake a cake for her! Bird, I am so proud of you for joining the Y! Roger, it is so nice to hear you have so much work going on. What a nice suprise for Anthony! Hope ya'll have a nice celebration! ALT, good for you, although I cannot dance, I love watching others dance. My dear Grateful, I am so proud of you for being lazy yesterday! I know you needed the rest. Funny that Paul calls Walmart, "Wally World", too. I hate to admit it, but I started packing yesterday. It's only 12 days away! I'm just so excited and I pray we all have a wonderful time together. Well, I am 50, but I feel like I'm 25, so what's in a number? Although my 25 and 27 year old are about to pass me up! I am 19 days cigerette free and I have had very few cravings! It's so nice not coughing all the time and I may even start walking on my treadmill, since I won't have to stop after 10 minutes to smoke! I'm going to be healthier than ever! Glory to God!
