Honey I'm home, stick the kettle there's a dear

Had a grand morning at work. My heads buzzing. They've signed me up for an one day understanding drugs course. I've got 3 other places just to go as a visitor. Just to see what goes on in other services for the homeless, addicts and recovering addicts.

And I got to sit at the reception desk and I answered the phone once. It was a blooming wrong number.

It was also very, very quiet so had a good natter with one of the other volunteers, Del. He's a recovering drug addict/alcoholic with 18 months clean and sober.

Can't believe I did all that in just over 2 hours.

Hello Army
Still reading back real quick but I have to run out the door in a minute to pick up my son.
Pretty good news all around (except for Tips:l-hope you feel better soon)--Birthday dinners at hopefully not that burger place:H, credit card money saved,lunch with friends, autumn weather, empty nests and full nests, JC helping out and doing brilliantly....I will read back more thouroughly if I have not collapsed. Non-stop running today and it's not over yet. But it's all pretty positive on the most part. xxx
