    Day 106

Day 106. I didn't drink last night and now I am yet again reaping the benefits of staying sober last night. I had a good night. Stayed home for the most part. I did go out for a small walk which lead to a pop at the pub (came in to say hi real quick and was offered by a friend to stay for a pop. He paid for it). So I stayed for 1 pop and then went home. My head cold is doing ok. I am so proud of myself for not being a drinker anymore. I am having more fun now, and I don't miss getting drunk or being drunk at all. And I defiantly don't miss the hangovers.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
