Yep weigh in night tonight.
We chucked our scales out years ago when Mr JC was doing SW. Stopped him jumping on them everyday and shouting 'ooooooooooh look I've dropped an ounce'.
Oh and the chip pan went the distance at the same time.It could be worse, I could be filing.
