    Army Thread 9th September 2011

    Hiya Reccie

Yep: one must make sure one's equipment is in good working order.

I'm planning on doing as little as possible this weekend. I might make a start on preparing the pool for summer, though. I do minimal maintenance in winter. It becomes too discouraging otherwise.

    Yuck @ drinking stock...

I have a large mug of Bovril chicken stock, as recommended by JC!

Hope you have a restful weekend.
Put some cayenne in it Reccie! It'll kick the liver in gear. :thanks:

For the benefit of non-UK troopers, alcohol has been making the news again in this country. A female alcoholic was jailed for 9 months for driving 23 miles in the wrong direction down the fast lane of a motorway.

          Hiya RC

How much cayenne should Reccers put in? Otherwise it might lead to some uninted and nasty after-effects.

Start with a pinch and see how it goes. Increase accordingly. It will actually heal ulcers if built up gradually and without a doubt helps the liver to detox too.

Oh, I didn't realise cayenne pepper is good for the liver, RC. I like it though, so I'll definitely give it a try! :thanks: Hello, by the way!

I've met people like that on a divided highway! I thought they were trying to commit suicide--didn't even think they might have been drinking.

Hiya Reccie--if you like cayenne then put a bit more than a pinch in--as hot as you can take-acturly. YW
