I had a wee tear in my eye today at various times in the opening ceremony. But also this morning when radio NZ interviewed people in the street and what they all said was he much they were looking forward to being good hosts. I thought that that was a good way to approach it. While I would be pleased if we won, I would be much prouder if we were gracious in defeat, and had our guests coming away having being made to feel welcome by everyone they came in contact with!
I live in Wgtn where the SA team is being hosted, and there are lots of people walking round in green and gold! Not going to be there for the game on Sunday with Wales though!
I'm supporting Tonga until the quarter finals
