            Oh Crikey that's a hard one.

            Don't think I've got a top 5.

            Most important thing for me is to plan the meals in advance. So I'm not grabbing a take out or a sticky bun.

            More veg, more fruit, no chocolate, a weekly weigh in and a bit of a natter with the other members.

                      I have a "do" Friday night and can not fit into any of my dresses. I was too thin before and now I am....not fat but getting to a weight I don't like. You are really going about things the right way. I think I just don't know how to eat properly. But I can't just stop eating like going AF!:upset: I can't mod. I need to find a French SW.
