Breastfeeding while driving? She must have had an extremely tiny baby or really long legs. Or a car without a steering wheel. (Bad Coco, bad.) That's a horrid story and one shouldn't make light of it but SERIOUSLY - I can't even put on lipstick while driving let alone provide for the nutritional requirements of dependents.

Do you not have some kind of road test to see if they're fit to drive like the M.O.T. over here.

Only very poorly enforced regulations. Roadworthies only required when there's a change in ownership.
