    hello everyone

    hi!
    :welcome:

    just touching base have had heaps to do having a family get-together for about 100 coming up and been busy tiding up
    but you will be please to know still af 4months now and feeling good thou I do have days when I think just one one hard time at 5 o'clock I know there is going to be heaps of alcohol on the long week-end but will get through it hopefully
    I'm trying to put alternatives into place

        hello everyone

        WTG on your four months! I will be at 4 months on Wed.
        I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

        Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

        Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
