    My weather network says your town is at -14 and mine is at -17 GG. Does that mean it's really -25 here??
    Yous are going to be sick of my perfect ass. No drink or smoke or cawfee in 30 hours! Couple rough spots with the smokes but I am sucking in 5 big breaths of clean air and thanking myself each time a craving hits. Go me.

        Ah GG--the 27th was politically correct as my friend says. My son was there too. A couple touchy moments but we all survived. Well, I barely did I guess. I held it all in til last Friday then blitzed myself(old habits eh). Wouldn't wish this alienation crap on anyone. No point adding to my death though. Ok, nuff said. HOpe everyone's having a good one.

                Hello there fellow Canucks, glad you are keeping this thread alive. Beautiful, snowy day here in Quebec. I should get out there if only to shovel the deck. Had company over the holidays and am so glad to be alone with hubby. Ahhh ... peace and quiet and no more temptation.

                  Thanks GG:l You know it could have been better, could have been worse. It just left me feeling kind of empty. I've been carrying that empty spot around for a long time hoping they would fill it up again. I guess I tried to fill it with booze eh? I guess I need to fill it with positive things I can control.

                          Barn is looking great!!! Love the ambiance! Your pictures are really really good.

                          -13 when I drove home too dark to read the thermometer outside, I think the mercury may have froze

                          going to find gloves, froze fingers today.

                          going to work on drywall again tomorrow... apparently I am not very good at drywalling, very pokey. closet is drywalled and two walls completed. Some mudding done, working on other 2 walls tomorrow and possibly ceiling
                          Wally no like ceilings, hard on shoulders)
                          I have finished laying hardwood floor and tearing down closets and replacing with new closets and rewiring, but I work wery wery swowly

                          Off to turn on fireplace and cuddle with animals and knit and listen to audio book and drink tea....I am SUCH a granny

                            It's supposed to get to - 26 here overnight with the windchill...

                            Trying to get some exercise in but I'm afraid I'll blow away!!!

                            On day 4. Every time I get an urge, I come back to MWO. It's a gift!
